Sunshine State Series (Part II) - Airport, Architecture & Assorted

Southern Florida is known for having the largest collection of Art Deco architecture in the world with unique shapes and sharp lines covering the streets. Famous hotels painted in vibrant colors mesh with the increasing number of high rise construction making Miami an architectural hotspot. Among the decorative structures are specialty shops and market such as those that exist on Lincoln Road and windows filled with handmade pasta and other foods along Espanola Way. Ocean Drive and the surrounding streets are filled with blocks of Art Deco buildings with modern towers dotting the fringes of Miami Beach. To be able to photograph these locations one must first head to the airport, and with all the photographic anticipation it only makes sense to take a few practice shots at Pittsburgh International Airport.
